On the occasion of the recognition of the SGT by the ministry of agricultural policies, Bruno Vespa invites Antonio Starita to speak about the tradition of Neapolitan pizza. From this participation Starita created the "Porta a Porta", a dish that is still present in the menus of the Starita pizzerias: a double filling with ricotta on one side, broccoli (turnip broccoli stewed in a pan with garlic and chili pepper) and in the middle buffalo mozzarella, Piennolo cherry tomatoes, pecorino romano and extra virgin olive oil.
